Goen Buckley was founded by Maggie Buckley after nearly 20 years working as a designer and project manager for some of Austin’s leading landscape architecture and interior design firms. Her practice bridges indoor and outdoor spaces, with a focus on projects that feel thoughtful, personal, and a little unexpected. 

Maggie’s work weaves together color, eclectic details, and a quiet sense of humor, guided by the belief that good design should make everyday life better, easier, and more enjoyable. She brings a calm, balanced approach to each project, valuing collaboration, clarity, and livability throughout the process.

Maggie earned her degree in Landscape Architecture from the 

 and lives in Austin with her husband and two young children.
